Low cost performance driven SATA system
Using high speed 3G eSATA connectivity, the ST5610 Series comes with two SATA models, one with four individual eSATA ports connectivity and the other with one single eSATA port connectivity with integrated port multiplication functionality for simpler cabling. Both models fits the latest capacity SATA hard drives and is capable of putting out fast I/O throughput performance at a low cost.

Available also in mini-SAS
The ST5610 Series is also available in mini-SAS connectivity for the best output performance. The SAS version is capable of accepting either SAS or SATA hard drives for the most cost effective and flexible storage system to own.

Removable tray design
If drive replacement becomes necessary, the ST5610 is modular designed for effortless removal and installation of drives. It’s also protected by a locking mechanism to secure the drives in place. Expandable up to 12TB for your content creation needs. The ST5610 Series supports up to 3TB capacity SATA hard drives and when used with RAID card, you can expand to a maximum of 12TB in a RAID 0 configuration and a maximum of 9TB in a RAID 5 configuration for extra data protection.

Moreover, the system is equipped with a large quiet fan for continuous drawing away heat from the inside of the system for you drive to run comfortably.
