Christmas, Brexit, opening hours and deliveries

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – OPENING HOURS AND DELIVERIES OVER CHRISTMAS PERIOD.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a happy new year, this year has been a tough year as we are sure most of you will agree.

Thank you for being our partner in 2020 and we look forward to continuing strengthening and building on our relationship for 2021.

And now for some important points to cover….

BREXIT!

Nobody knows what is happening with Brexit as negotiations are ongoing. As you are probably aware, your business is supplied by BMD UK via Syntex. Brexit will have an impact on all our businesses.

Therefore, we strongly advise you to order/stock up on frequently purchased high demand items before the holiday period, as we are doing too! By you placing your orders, it will give us an indication of where we need to allocate our resources for the benefit of Syntex resellers.

Please could we ask that any orders for “Pre Brexit stock” are received by Friday 18/12/2020 13:00hrs to allow us time to place our last order of the year with BMD.

Any items that are in stock or that can be allocated by BMD (UK) will be honoured and for any items that cannot be fulfilled by BMD, our Syntex order with BMD and the reseller order with us will be cancelled and must be re-ordered in 2021 under new terms. We are very sorry we cannot give any more information because at the time of writing we do not know what these terms will be. This will NOT apply to normal backorders currently in the system, you can continue to order as normal.

22.12.2020 - 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs

23.12.2020 - 09:00hrs to 12:30hrs

24.12.2020 - Closed

25.12.2020 - Closed

28.12.2020 - 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs

29.12.2020 - 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs

30.12.2020 - 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs

31.12.2020 - 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs

01.12.2021 – Closed

02.01.2021 - 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs

BMD (UK) Delivery dates

The last delivery before the holiday period sent from BMD (UK) to Syntex will likely to be on 24/12/2020.
Considering Brexit, Covid restrictions and the Christmas period, it is highly likely that the next delivery sent from BMD (UK) to Syntex will be 04/01/2021 at the earliest.

Late payment notice

Any outstanding invoices unpaid after 31/12/2020 will incur a 5% surcharge due to the finalisation of Syntex end of year accounts.

We will not accept requests for us to send invoices in 2020 for delivery of products in 2021.
